The burden of proving that these are not "gambling funds" etc will be on neteller, the DOJ can seize assets at any time...FWIW it looks like Neteller is not going to fight it. They will just roll...

Jay - Agreed, I think the anger should be twofold - Neteller needs to fight this, but the US govt needs its head snapped back too
