On the turn villain bets 75c into a $5 pot. I'd re raise here to $2.50.
Then C/F river if he is still in.

As above, I would definitely reraise to 18 and hope villain has an 8 and called with suited connectors on the CO or has a good flush draw with overs. If you don't the action is gonna be slowed down...
