There is a great chapter in "Mathematics of Poker" on how to play against a players range. Its a bit heavy on the maths (LDO!) but it does cover what your both (correctly)...

On the flop your betting and re-raising for value, I think he plays a 6 like the nuts and he could have any conceivable number of draws.
On the turn you just dont fold overpairs...

OK sometimes you will get value from the aces that you beat but you fold out all the other pairs that might just...

I think he does call at least 1/2.
Remember if he has 2 unpaired cards he flops nothing ~70% of the time.
Also some people cannot lay down 22 pre-flop bur once overcards come.
