Just called them again. Apparently due to the DNS issues, if you can't get into the software you'll have to re-download the new Bodog Poker from www.newbodog.com/poker (http://www.newbodog.com/poker)

I just called there customer service. They said this new domain is there's and is a temporary solution until they resolve the bodog.com DNS issues they're experiencing.
