If he has a PP (VERY UNLIKELY), you still have 6 outs.
shove preflop, shove flop. AKs is a MONSTER
It was a horrible play, the worst possible play. Maybe slightly better than folding preflop

The all-in there is pretty much mandatory with 5 BB

Definitely shove the turn, as played I would call the river.
If you fold you have 1440 with 80/160 blinds. If you call you go up to ~5000. In a cash game or STT I can see a fold here but in an MTT...

They would be worth about 99.99% of the value of first place in the main event (including deals etc). It would be almost impossible not to come first

With any stacks less than infinite according to game theory you can always get all-in. Even with 1,000,000 BB stacks, you should eventually get all-in. For example say you have 83o on a J72r flop, if...
