In Super System, Doyle says...
that if you win a hand, you should definitely play the next hand too.
Is there any validity to this advice, or is it out of date and stupid?

Super System is outdated, but I think there are still things to learn from the NL section. For one thing, his power poker strategy works really well against the majority of noobs/bad poker players.
