Have you thought about getting a rechargable visa card? You shouldn't have to worry about confirmation of account and you can have it in your ex-gf name. Just charge it up and withdraw...

I have to wait another year and a half or so before I can open a checking account. Sucks hard and it's been a huge pain in the ass.

One account has $0 and hasn't been used in a long time. Another account is used daily. They play heads up, the account that's used daily is suddenly...

The problem is that chip dumping is seriously, highly against the TOS and the sites take it VERY VERY seriously because of the implications it can have in money laundering.
