Your question depends on the number of players. If you are heads up your advantage on the pre-flop is the following:

With AA: 71%
With KK: 65%

However with 10 players on the pre-flop you get...

its 10,000 simulations per submit -- its always going to be an online calculator. Its running on a dual quad-core 1gz machine and it can do about 20 submits per second. So I guess about 200 - 1000...

I downloaded pokerstove but is the GUI optimized for fast input of game? If you don't know your opponents in online gaming, wouldn't it be a disadvantage to categorize them?

it assumes any possible card. If you place one card is assumes that one card out of two possible cards

I could put a range on it, but why? do players need that?
