Re: $50NL: action after filling up on turn?

[ QUOTE ]
Ok, thanks. That's what I had figured. Is there a range of hands you can put the guy behind on or should I not even worry about that in a pot like this?

[/ QUOTE ]

It's possible he...

Re: $50NL: action after filling up on turn?

I would just call, the pot will be about $20 so there is probably a good chance you'll get his stack on the river. If he is willing to bet on the turn, he will bet the river with most of the hands...

Not meaning to be rude but you should really listen to people if you're asking for help. They give it to you and you defend your play which was BAD.

I know your question was about the...

Re: 50NL: NIT minraise, take the odds?

You can take it. I'd like it better in position but still you are getting excellent implied odds plus if you're confident that you can read him correctly and bluff on him once in a while this has to...

Re: 50NL - KK WA/WB help needed

Re: 50NL - KK WA/WB help needed

Hey THaC, maybe he has JJ LOLOLOLOL.
THaC is right, you should raise more with the limpers in front of you.
I would probably pay him off but for some reason this seems like he may have you beat...

Nope, I fold on the turn. I don't think you are ahead very much of the time. He could easily have a stronger A or even a 4.

Re: NL $50 JJ on river

I think JJ is a better hand for flopping a set in EP. Even if it isn't I'm pretty sure I am not losing very much value from it. If I wasn't in EP I would raise almost every time, its not like I limp...

It's entirely possible that limping preflop with JJ has gotten you in a lot of trouble here.

Re: AA, standard?

Looks good, preflop action makes me think he has a lower overpair than you.

EDIT: Hmm, I might have to rethink this since I didn't see the third person involved.

Re: Weird JJ Spot

I think I'm folding here unless you have seen him make reraises with less than premium hands. Do you really think his range is filled with hands that JJ is beating? I think if you are willing to go...

Re: TP meh decision Tnl

I fold after the flop min raise, you said yourself that they were folding to your c-bets, why continue when it gets raised by a passive player?

Re: 25 NL KQo vs reraise all in OTT

I would check the turn to try to control the pot size. Your turn bet made it difficult to lay your hand down since there was so much money in there. If this guy is weak tight there is no way I'm...

Re: QQ hand against a NIT

This hand is definately trouble. I don't hate the flop call because it makes the turn an easy fold when he bets but the same thing could have been accomplished through a flop lead. You are probably...

Re: 50NL JJ rr pot turn decision

I agree with five, I think if you want to bet this the flop is the place to bet. The way you played with pot makes your hand look very stong, if you get called on the flop you will know you are toast...
