How often should I be to comfortably fold this hand on the flop? and how often should i be repoting, putting him not on AA. Vs an unknown this is so common in PLO 25$.. raise Aces PF, potbet flop...

If I'm open ended for 8 outs to the str8 and 9 outs to the flush on the turn, is this enough outs to be re-raising his MAXBET on the turn?
I put him on top-set at best, perhapes 2 pair.

You want to push as many chips as you can when you have the best of it. Pushing the flop and getting him all in with a worst hand is the correct play here since you only put him on the flush draw.
