Don't like this play, given the way the hand has played out it doent look like you're going to lose him. His flat call of the reraise on the flop indicates to me that the heart was a bad card for you.

I like a raise on the flop in this situation, if he has clubs or a overpair to the board he's coming for the ride.
I would value bet the river.
