Turned two pair.
Villain is 80/0 over only 15 hands. Last hand I was in with him he open min-bet flop after I pfr'd and called my flop raise when he had no pair and no draw.

One thing I tend to do in these spots (semi-strong hands that definitely have some outs if I need them) is push as hard as I can and say "well, if I'm behind I might have some fold equity by 2x pot...

Anyway, this in my opinion is a very good example of a hand where reads are essential. without reads, I am more inclined to throw that hand away in that spot and wait for a better one....
