Turning Stone 1/2

Heading to Turning Stone in the next couple of weeks. I was just curious as to how good the games are.. tough? fishy? I also realize that this can be table specific but is it usually weak/tight...

i'd check it back but that might be considered weak as hell. I just don't see villian calling with a worse hand and if you raise and he shoves you'll most likely be looking at AQ the whole time.

i don't mind the limp with A8 if you find out where your at fairly quickly. betting the turn lets you know this. fold the river though.

In a cash game, how do you calculate the implied odds of someone who has raised you? I realize that stack size plays a large role but how do you know when ur opponent has enough chips for the play to...
