I agree fold before the flop. Winning 75 is not worth risking 200 and being out of position, also a 4 bb raise here really looks like a marginal hand.

I fold this since if you don't win your out of the money. Lets say that at least one of the has an ace of some sort and the other a pp lower than yours.
