Personally i don't think any option is much different in EV terms. I guess call is best but in game i'd usually...

I'd say this is borderline, but verging more towards a call. A raise to 250 wouldn't be a bad thing either (still allowing a c-bet on certain flops).

For me, this is too much to be just calling...
