What do you do in this situation?

I come upon situations like this and dunno what to do. If I check, it's almost certain that the other guy will shove.
Is making a minbet and folding if he shoves a +EV move?

what an interesting hand. doesn't he raise with 99 from utg+1? couldn't he have limped with 67s and made that bet on the river? since you said any hearts would fold on the flop i also think calling...
