Honestly, I think that the fault lies in two places:

First, I think the software that takes two (or more) hands and determines a winner incorrectly thought that aces, being better than 4's, lost....

Given there's actually a pretty good chance he had a wheel draw, because even bad players tend to only play face cards when they have two good cards...

One thing to note, though, is that concealed high hands, like KK 57K on fifth, can make a huge amount of money against other high hands or against low hands that two pair.
