I can't fold this, I would go all in preflop. He could have AA, but he could have KK, QQ, JJ and AK.
25 hands is nothing, I play multi-tables and often on one table my stats will be 0/0 after 25...

I think a lot of this post depends on what level you are playing and also what you define as TAG / LAG / Rock, in terms of VIP and PFR amounts.
