Re: AA with a plan
This looks a lot like a set/monster draw to me, personally I muck turn, but there again, I'm a nit /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: Stuck in the middle with you
'smooth calling' a set here is a fairly bad play IMO? There are a lot of awful turn cards for villain, surely any reasonable player raises the flop here with a set? I know I would...

Re: Stuck in the middle with you
Erm it depends on your opinions of Button. If you think he's competent, then I think this is an easy push, since a competent player should really be raising this flop with a set.

Re: Full house, unraised pot.
Are you mad? You're seriously considering folding the 2nd nuts here? I'm sorry he showed you A9, but please, instacall this all day long.

Re: KK preflop (don\'t hate) - Push and pray?
I'm sorry guys but I totally disagree with pushing here. Villain has a 2.9% PFR over a decent sample size, so his raising range is 99+,AK. This guy is a nit, and I think we have to give a...

Re: KK preflop (don\'t hate) - Push and pray?
In my experience villains range for making this move is AA-KK. Thus villain has an 85% chance of showing you aces here (since there are 6 possible combinations of AA, but only 1 possible combination...

Re: Squeeeeze
Well I guess the answer would have to be speculative hands such as low pocket pairs and SC's? So when you're squeezing I suppose you have to pick your spots carefully, because lots of nits just cold...

Re: Squeeeeze
Hi guys, I'm sorry to detract from the strategy discussion, but please help a newbie out. I am aware of what the squeeze play is (when a player in early position raises and is cold called, and then...

Im dumping this here.
I hate the turn bet, especially without the A/images/graemlins/heart.gif even with it, I am probably checking the turn. I want to get to showdown

if UTG is gonna set mine with 25% of his stack i guess its ok with me..im probably being slightly bias, but on hindsight, i cant see UTG+1 doing this with anything less than a set.....

Re: KK 3way AI on flop (50NL-6max)
Sorry but I strongly disagree with anyone advocating a call here. If you start thinking on the second level then this becomes a simple fold. Since we 3-bet PF and lead the flop then button must...

Re: 100 6m; 4 hands
Wow, im really interested that you guys call villain in hand 2. In my experience villain beats a pair of 9s almost 100% of the time here. Unfortunately he is a shortie so it's kinda harder to get...

Re: 100 6m; 4 hands
Hand 1/ IMO the only hand you really beat here is AJ. Personally I fold the river.
Hand 2/Would be nice to have an AF for villain, but generally the check/call on the flop means he is drawing/has a...

PP $25NL QQ Hand - Is my line ok?
Villain is 52/4/1.64 over 61 hands. Villain is obviously a fish, but he doesn't just burn money. Please note he is also very passive. Did I play this ok? Could I have folded to the flop bet? ...

PP $25NL AA Hand - Multiway pot on the turn
MP is 83/21/1.93 over 97 hands and appears to be a huge fish. Button, however is 21/6.55/2.17 and I haven't seen him make any fishy plays. Button seems quite solid, borderline nit.
