Right-click on the task bar entry for the program, select Move (you may need to select Restore first) then use the arrow keys to move the window to your primary monitor and hit enter.

I have been using CheckYourBets for about a year now. It's great for tracking session wins and loses. It's free. However, it doesn't track bonuses/rakeback, so I use a separate spreadsheet for that.
