I like 3-betting PF here for information. If he caps, you can be certain he has AA-TT, AKs, AK, and AQs. If he calls, then you know his hand is weaker than the above range unless he's trying to be...

I like 1 & 3. But if I expect PF raiser to raise the flop, I would prefer:
bet flop, call raise, c/r turn.

I'd 3-bet PF. Flop looks good. Maybe I'm too weak-tight but I agree with folding to the turn c/r.

Since these books consist of advanced concepts should I wait until I move up to mid level stakes before reading them? I'm afraid after reading these two books I will start to give micro/small stakes...
