Harrington on Hold'em Volume 1 by Dan Harrington. Haven't read Volume 2 yet.

Currently reading Sklansky and Miller's NL Holdem Theory and Practice.

In King Yao's book, "Weighing The Odds In Hold 'Em Poker", there are two chapters on shorthanded play. It's a limit book with some concepts that are applicable to NL. It examines some common mistakes...
