Re: NL 200 - KK v TAG

If I bet the turn, I call the push.
Pros: You don't let a straight draw or FD a change to draw out
Cons:You loose a lot whehn you are behind with no redraw

If I check the turn, I call a bet on...

Re: KK line check against TAG in 3 bet pot pf

I like it.

Were you calling a bet on the river? If so, up to how much?

Re: My two pair got Crai\'d on turn

You have to bet the flop.

Since you showed weakness on the flop, he might try to bully you on turn so you have to call. I would call the river also. You loose to 77 or QJ, but beat AQ, AJ, KQ, KJ,...

Re: AK with the nut flush draw heads up against loose passive

$174.5 in pot and $64.5 to call. You need 27% equity or 12-13 outs.

This guy is loose so you have 7 outs if he has a smaller flush, 12 outs if your A is good, 11 outs if only your K is good and 14...

Re: 200NL Passively played TT

[ QUOTE ]
I would block bet the river for about $25, but as played, call. He has a busted draw just as often as he has a queen

Then why block bet? You get no value from his busted...

How do you use PT stats when multitabling

Hi All!

I am wondering how do you use PT when multitabling? Is it that you only play 1 table or 2 at a time? Whn playing 4 tables, there are way to many decisions going on at the same time for...

Re: 50nl tptk huge overbet.. call/fold?

Most people won't play a set or 2 pairs that fast, he might have a weak T or a J9/79 for a straight draw.

I insta call.

Re: 100NL AQs flopping TPTK in 3bet pot

I don't think you can fold now, so I try to get the most of his money in when I beat him.

Probably check/call flop, push whatever is left on river or check/call again.

Re: 100NL JJ oop, standard?

You played your Jacks for set value only. Why do you call $21 on the flop? Hoping he has AK/AQ? He will likely bet again with AK given all the weakness you are showing.

I fyou are going to play it...

Re: QQ preflop aginst two regulars

[ QUOTE ]
you call and look for Q. if you miss, then fold because he has AA or KK

[/ QUOTE ]

You do have the odds for that, but will you fold on a 237 flop getting 3:1? Will be even harder...

Re: Is this always a set?

[ QUOTE ]
How would you all play AKd/AQd/AJd/KKd ?

[/ QUOTE ]

Re-raise PF with AK, 3-bet stronger AQd or AJd, re-raise PF KKd.

I think it's a set too.

I elected to raise from button to get a bigger pot if I hit my set and I...

Re: WSOP DS - I Thought I Was Trapping...

UTG must be protecting his hand on the flop, AQ+, two pairs or set (less likely) or a strong draw (KTs or KQs).

When he goes all-in on turn I give up thinking he has to have me beat.

A couple decision PF with AK in $55 DS

MP2 is very active, not overly agressive. Also, he raised last hand, I called from SB, BB also. BB took it down...

Re: QQ utg get 3bet small

Why do you raise the flop if you really played for set value? That means youn thought he had AA or KK, AA beats you, KK will fold to your raise. Why not call and try to let him hang-in there?
