You're saying this call is -EV, even if SB is pushing with any hand? That's not true. Unless I'm missing something here, Pokerstove is telling me that A4 is better than a 56% favorite to win against...

I agree that any queen would probably call the river bet. But my reasoning is that he probably didn't have a queen, because of the way he played it. Checking the flop, turn and the river with top...
