It all depends on the structure of of the flop, your opponents, their stack size and so on... but a good rule is that TPTK aren't as good in NL as it is in limit

No offense but this isnt a backdoor flush. A backdoor flush is when you flop 1 of your suit and then u complete it on the river.

On the turn u have a huge advantage you should have raised it there.
