Probobly would have pushed against the raiser who was loose.
But do you always fold with a caller??

Fold pre-flop. Maybe a big dork play but I would fold to the flop raise. If villain has any kicker other than 2,3,5, or 6 you lose. I've lost too many with A and bad kicker.

At $33 on Party - 6-Pak VS full table
I've been playing some 6-pak $33's for the last 2 months or so and have done pretty well but dont have a big sample.

If he had bet 1/2 the pot I think I would have called. Since I think an A or any better hand would have raised my turn bet. To be honest - 3/4th pot bet would have been hard to call.
