dealer school question

yea, preflop isn't great. I'm obviously not breaking with no real draw. after you 3-bet what do you do if he caps? call then check/call river? fold?

I would stand pat when you make the 87, especially after they've both drawn 2 again.
With your play, I would probably 3-bet round 3.

Sometimes I raise to knock out the BB, sometimes I just call, but I can't see folding here. If the decent player draws 2 or more then I'm leading out in to him every time. If he only draws 1 then...
