Illegal to use Visa to dep on Pokerstars?
I just signed on and saw that I can dep though a credit card. Isn't that exactly what the legis banned??! Is there any liability for me if i do it or only for the bank/credit card?

The average Party 2k pro would kill this game IMO. Most of the players call too much post flop and play too many starting hands even for the ~167 BB stack...

I think you're right that it's close. Like all close plays, it will add to your variance significantly. I like to wait for better spots than coinflips to put that much money in, that's just me...
