Double-barrel; tp river decision (100NL)
Villain is 60/15-ish. He doesn't like folding much. That said I thought it would be ok to double barrel him a bit because his flop calling range is so wide, and in this particular hand I turn a...

Re: whats better to call or shove this flop
[ QUOTE ]
The fact that so many people are interested in this flop reduces the EV of shoving, since many of our outs are likely to be out in the other players' hands.

It reduces...

I think ima fold this turn. He isn't betting anything less than top pair here, and he is never bluffing.

Wow, really disagree. Depending on villain I'd quite often pump...

Re: NL 200, quick linecheck with AA and AK
Hand 1 - on the flop you have 9 outs to the nut flush, how could you be way behind? Just bet for value. As played, your river play seems fine.
Hand 2 - getting all in with AK for < 50 bb is fine....

Thanks for doing this tannenj, it's definitely appreciated. Your commentary was a bit flustered at the beginning, but you seemed to have got into the swing of it by the end. I'd say there were two...

Re: NL50, is this rivercall weak?
I think call is fine, though it's close. A lot of the time he will actually just call down with a weaker 2 pair (ie he wont put that minraise in on the river.)

All I was saying was that if I saw one hand in isolation where you check behind KQ on a K53 flop, I would be inclined to think that you liked to...

I'd check behind the flop. Although I'd also check behind with a weak ace.
I'd probably fold river. All you beat is a weak hand like TT turning itself into a bluff.

KQ commitment decision (100 NL)
Have only played a few orbits with villain. He doesn't seem very good, but hasn't established himself as a conspicuous drooler. Notice he is playing a 60bb stack.
