The river card is a tricky card to play, i dont know if i should value bet on that spot or not? or should i be worried about full houses.

SB is 20/3/4 over 30 hands, so i have no exact read on him, can i possibly be value betting my hand on the river since the J hit? If i can value bet, how much should i bet?

NL25.. tought decision with trips.
CO is a aggro donk, (30/15/5) I check the turn, hoping for him to bluff at me, or bet with his draws. And i am almost sure he will bet the turn once get checked to. (from previous hand history)...
