You are way ahead of his range. ~70/30 if you put him on (any set,2p, AK, AA) which is too narrow. Pushing the flop is O.K. but I'd prob. make it 12 to go and push the turn.

Assuming you started ~$500 - it's an easy call for $225 more. He has to never be bluffing and never have AQ or AK for this to be a fold. Sucks when he has AA/88, but call.

Against a real nit you should put yourself in position to fold pre with a 3 bet. Also, raise AK UTG. Flop isn't any better, really. Why are you cold calling his flop raise? His range looks like AA...
