Re: Built and lost bankroll

OP, it sounds to me like you have awful BR management, although i would be interested in how you play such long sessions, if you could tell me how you overcome the 2 biggest leaks in any internet...

Re: 100NL Value bet this river?

This is obviously a value bet, but maybe not as much as other people are advocating.

People like to talk about hand reading with regard to decisions on the flop and turn but its just as important...

Re: Loosing at NL $1 help me finding my leaks

2 buy-ins down over 11k hands is nothing, and looking at your W$@SD youre probably running bad over 11k hands, this stat should be ~53% normally.

Work on your SB play.

Re: NL200 Trip Aces vs action.

[ QUOTE ]
i like turn c/c though

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed c/c turn is mandatory, as is c/c river without a K showing.

Re: NL200 Trip Aces vs action.

This has to be a fold on the river, dont really see what you beat...you have to be putting villain on precisely AJ to call here, no way do you see A9 A7- often enough. Not a nice spot but it happens!

Re: Is this a cooler?

I agree with everything thats been said about bad bet sizing on the flop & turn. However I think the river is a clear flod given the action. Look at it from his point of view, you bet all 3 streets...

You cant beat Prahlad, he thinks so deeply

Re: AA on an interesting board

[ QUOTE ]
If we push the river first we are losing a good oportunity to make him fold a missed flush draw. We also getting him to fold bad pocket pairs...

Not a lot of value here with a big shove...

Re: facing a minraise pf

I find that a minraise is usually just as strong as a normal raise, so i dont 3 bet it light, however you can call with all sorts of speculative hands as villain is giving ridiculous implied odds....

Re: 200NL- WE HAVE THREE ACES BUT WTF LOL

Fold preflop.

As played fold flop, if button doesnt have you outkicked, SB prolly does.

Re: AA on an interesting board

[ QUOTE ]
Since they call 60-80 just as much as they call a shove with the hands you beat/you want them to call with.

[/ QUOTE ]

I doubt this is always true, esp when his range is mainly low...

And why?

Re: AA on an interesting board

Re: AK 4-bet PF hits K on the flop

After the 4 bet preflop i would check the flop mostly, I think you only get action from AA KK AK with any solid bet.

If you bet ~40 and villain pushes over the top whats the play then??

Re: How could I have gotten away from this one?

Ok heres my 2 cents..

Definately raise this flop to ~ 25, if he shoves we need to be good 1/3 of the time, now looking at the action we have a raised pot, bb donk betting, pre-flop raiser (hero)...
