Wong Teaser?

Arizona +3
Balt +2.5

Wonged
Arizona +9
Balt +8.5

I thought that all spreads between +2.5 - +3.5 were wongable

If that is true, this is a wong teaser or am I wrong again?

The Bills and Chiefs are both at +3 right now at 5 dimes. Why aren't they Wongable games?

Why does it matter? If the line at 5dimes is +2.5 and you tease it 6 points, it still crosses the 3 and 7 making it a Wong. What am I missing? The point is to cross a 3 and 7 which a +2.5 line does,...

are all +2.5 - +3.5 dogs which should be Wongable. Is that correct?

Why are there only 2 true Wongs? I thought +2.5 for dog is good to tease in a Wong? 5Dimes has a boatload of games where there is a 2.5 dog.
