Sample size is too low for his low AF to really mean anything, but he's clearly a donkey. I'm fine either 3-betting the flop or CRAI on a safe turn, this board is plenty drawy for him to get all in...

Flop raise is fine, but I don't like the turn, I think he could very well have been leading the flop with a flush draw. Also, he may talk himself into calling with a pair + a club.
