Re: AQ utg with an M of 8 - Stars $150
You don't have to make any real decisions in the hand. You have to raise preflop. You're going to bet that flop and call an allin. No other way to play it.

Re: Another big Step 6 hand
Its essentially winner take all. $1500 to both second and third which everyone has earned. First prize is $12k.

Re: Step 4: Whats your shoving range?
I'm having similar troubles with decent stacks, low blinds and the flat payout. It seems like raising all is overdoing it, but if you raise, anyone can shove and you cant really call. In fact, I am...

PokerStars Steps----Theory
I have been playing a lot of the Step tournaments lately. When I get down to 3 or 4 players in the higher steps(4 and 5), I am unsure about how to proceed. The blinds are usually at 100/200 or...

Re: AA no good?
I agree with your reads and analysis of gregosu. He likes to be aggro with his good hands, regardless of the action. The problem I see is that if we are ahead of him, we are not superlikely to get...

Re: 400NL weird spot
I was leaning towards folding, but the only hands I can really give him are a weirdly played AJ/KJ with a heart. I suppose he could have the nut flush too, but its still a weird play...

Re: Is This Spot Difficult?
His most likely hand is AT8 or A85 that peeled the flop with top pair because he plays 70% of the hands and calls most flops with anything. His VPIP is 70%, there is no way you should give him the...
