Re: Repeating losing hand - AQ
Remembering it's 7 handed not 9 handed I think I'm probably raise/calling or shoving 77+, AJs+, AQo+. AJo/66 are close. I'm also not raise/folding anything with this stack unless people had been too...

Re: Repeating losing hand - AQ
I'm fairly sure open shoving is a lot better than folding here, especially if people are calling as tight as JJ+,AK. I'm doing the calculations as I write this but that's only 3% of hands which means...

Re: I cannot [censored] stand this spot
Raising the flop here seems really bad to me. You're basically turning your hand into a bluff as no better hand folds and no worse hand calls. There aren't even any draws he can put you on to call...

Re: Official Review Thread: PaddyByrne $10/$15K win
Firstly thanks for the reply betgo. I guess most of hands were fairly standard then if there were only the 7 hands that you found to comment on, which I guess is a good thing as it means I'm playing...

Re: Official Review Thread: PaddyByrne $10/$15K win
Bump. This was my biggest win by a distance and (previous was a 12/180 lol) so the final 2 tables was kind of unknown territory for me and I think there are some interesting hands in there (hand 250...

Re: yay me managed to turn pkt kings into a bluff
Yeah, I don't understand why there is so much disagreement about this. It seems a really standard check behind here. I also check behind big aces a % of the time here as the flush draw isn't really a...

Re: 2 endgame hands from stars $1 45man
Hand 1 is an easy push, even though the table might not be as tight as you think because the bubble presumably just burst.
Hand 2 I push preflop against most villains. Very few people will...

Re: Calling all-in with AK before the bubble in a €1 rebuy tourney
I don't really know what range to put someone who shoves 23bs on but whatever it is it's not beating AK. Shove and be happy about it.
Also the bubble has no affect at all on this hand so...

Re: Should I be folding this?
It's definitely wrong to complete with <20 bbs here. The chance of flopping a big draw or 2 pair plus is about 1 in 7 and most of that is draws where when you get it in you will either be a slight...

Re: Official Review Thread: markbris $10/$100K win
I watched the first ~450 hands, although I only watched hands you were involved in so my comments don't accomodate for table dynamics. There wasn't much that was non-standard as far as I could tell,...

Re: Things it took me a while to learn part 9, Hand Reading
The 9s hand is really interesting. If you do the hand reading from the other perspective it's really hard to put nath on a hand that shoves that river for value. Would he call flop/turn with AQ/AJ or...

Re: KK on weird board...value bet it?
It might be a leak but I value bet river ~100% of the time against a random. What hand does a random check to you twice that has you beat? I don't know what buy in this is but a random will very...

Re: 1st hand wsop. Some donk goes all in, u got AA. Do u call ???
Wow that's awful. The reads are also fairly rediculous, putting a player on just 1 or 2 hands because of a preflop shove.
Assuming ranges fairly close to his reads however he has about 58% equity...

Re: 2.2 PS Sat to Sun $100K
The play in these is absolutely awful. I would be folding pretty much any flop I didn't hit a boat on here. I've been down to 2bbs and still been folding in similar spots because people are so so...

Re: Bubble Situation - Small Stack UTG w/ AKo
I agree that this is pretty close. I think it depends on how the table had been playing. If it had been fairly active then I fold here. If everyone had been really tight then it might be a shove....

Re: $26 - 45 sng bubble
There aren't any antes in these FTP sngs but that only changes it from a fist pump shove to a shove I think. The bubble has a minor effect but a shove here is so +cev that the divergence between cev...

Re: BvB--->in the SB with shorty in BB
Shoving pre is standard and I'm fairly sure it's unexploitable and also doesn't put you in spots like this.
I think having got here you have to open shove the flop but I don't like it much since...

Q9o in sb vs very ss push - $10 15k
SS in this hand was far too tight with his shortstack and had folded down to this stack. BB hadn't been at the table long but hadn't shoved when he had a chance UTG and UTG+1 so could possibly be...

Re: Very short with sc UTG
Ante is only 75 because the 15k uses the old blind structure but I think even a 75 ante just about makes it a shove although it's definitely very close.
