Okay, the episode is terrible, but nobody has mentioned the best line.

I'd also be interested if this thing ever gets off the ground. Also, swingdoc's suggestion to study master games is good, the Zurich book is amazing.

I feel like an idiot, but how do you add a thread to your favorite topics list? I can't find a button either within the thread itself or on the favorite topics page.

Re: Friend needs some math help...
first one you just multiply 5 by -3 and root 8 by root 3, and get -15 root 24, which is -30 root 6.
Second one, 2 root 12 equals 4 root 3, 3 root 27 is 9 root 3. Then the answer is -5 root 3.

odds versus spread
If I have what I think is a teams expected odds of winning a game, is there any way for me to convert that into how many points I think they should win by (i.e. the spread)?
Thanks,

Both chessgames.com and chesscafe.com are good. As far as playing, ICC is good for live games and gameknot.com is good for correspondence games (and free).

Can seven card stud be played as a no-limit game? I've only seen it referred to as a limit a game. Also, is the same true for five card draw?
Thanks,
