I'm not sure if I'm applying the WA/WB concept correctly. Do you think I can play these hands that way, or should I play more aggressively?

Looks okay to me. Villain probably was on a draw since he checked behind on the turn. You will catch him bluffing often enough to make a call profitable.

I would fold to the BB bet on the flop. Middle pair isn't playable against 5 opponents here IMO, especially when there is a flush draw on the board and hitting your Q could give someone a straight.

Looks fine to me.
Your turn raise indicates that you've got a flush, but MP2 still calls 2 cold and then raises the river. I think he's got a slowplayed (nut) flush, but you cannot fold on the river...
