From what I know, for good internet you'll need to live in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, or one of the more touristy islands (Koh Samui or Phuket). Chiang Mai is the cheapest, but I'd probly do Samui given...

I would call the flop, don't really like the idea of getting it in yet. Turn line I'm not so sure. $26 in the pot with $67 back, I suppose I'd bet/call reasonably safe...
