I don't like your line at all. Either check or push on the flop. Your weak c-bet almost forces him to push the turn.

Why the flop bet? It's really weak, and sets up the pre-flop aggressor to raise you. Just check and see what he does.
Also, remember that the power of pushing with a draw is in the fold equity. ...

I think you should call. But you're basically playing for set value.

You should definitely play TT aggressively pre-flop.
Hand 1 - Check the flop. You can always check-raise if he makes a weak c-bet.
Hand 2 - You have $14 left, a $20 pot, and a nice turn scare...

The question you have to ask is, "What percentage of hands is he calling a $9-11 bet with but folding to a shove?" I'm not sure there are many hands that fall into that category, so shoving is...
