Re: A rag or 98o?
My read on this is that you are more likely dominated late in a tournament jamming ace rag vs. 2 live cards, as the most likely hand range includes big pairs and any ace better than yours. Have not...

Re: First shot at 2/4nl
[ QUOTE ]
People at 2/4NL are hungry for the 5/10 NL game, many players at 1/2NL are content with playing for a 200buyin for the rest of their poker career..

Re: Bluffing the Flush
Thanks for the input, to date, although impossible to track in pt, I was making money at 2/4 by hitting and running with this, not using too often and only against players I've played less than 1000...

Re: Bluffing the Flush
Rusty, the ideal situation involves cold calling pot or over pot bets on the flop and turn and check raising the river if you fill your staight or set and no flush comes, or leading out on the river...

Bluffing the Flush
I’ve stumbled across a fairly lucrative “maneuver” while playing at the cash tables. Since I’ve been almost exclusively devout to the cash tables, I’m not sure how successful this play is in...

Re: Sickest beat ev0r
more of a whine than a beat.
I guess a set of 8s has never been beat by a 4,5,7,8 board.
