[ QUOTE ]
The min bet on the flop usually means you are against a weak/inexperienced player. What it means for each player is usually read based.

I'll occasionally get free tickets to games through my work. I have 6 main friends that fight over these. It's become the norm in our group to pick a number between 1 and 1,000 via e-mail, the...

Full Tilt $24+2 late, TT OOP, awkward stacks
Sorry, no hand history. Down to 25 or so from 1000. Villain has been playing rather fearless, chipping up from 70K to 240K without a showdown in the past 20 hands, mostly by 3-betting pre or...

Re: Dark hairs - shaving questions
Shaving is the least effective way of maintaining a hair-free body (only lasts 1-2 weeks, if you're lucky). I'd recomment waxing (lasts 3-4 weeks), or if you can afford it, lazing it off (5-6 weeks).

I either lead/fold this flop or check/call this flop. I think c/r is bad. As played I probably get it in as it's a draw heavy board.

Re: 100 rb. JJ as an overpair.
I think the decision point in the hand is when he 3-bets the flop. With no read that's good enough for me to give UTG credit for a bigger pair. Fold to 3-bet on the flop, as played, fold.

As a previous poster mentioned, I can't see this being KK or QQ. Decent chance this is AJ, but this can be soooo many hands that you're crushing (two pairs, combo draws) that there's no way I lay...

$109 QQ- why am I soooo lost?
Doublestack on PS, 3K starting stacks. No real reads on villain with the exception of his OPR stats, which show he's a decent winning player in about 500 tournies. I've played fairly tight in the...

Based on your stack size, I go for the check raise on the flop. If you were closer to villain's stack, I like a b/3b.

Got them out in '92, in high school. I believe (at least at the time) they knocked you out if they were impacted, just gave you gas if they weren't. Mine weren't so I just had the gas.

Villain is good player, 25K profits, 40% ROI in 500 tournies. I doubled up early vs superdonk's 99 on a 23TQ board with 22. I haven't been out of line as of yet. No other read on villain.
