HU 2-7 adjustments
When I'm playing 2-7 headsup I have trouble figuring out what I should do, and I think I play too tightly. If it's at a full table I'm used to being cautious from the SB unless BB folds a lot, and...

Re: other card games to play with a group of 6
There's the obvious triple-draw, badugi, and (maybe) draw poker games.

Re: 10/20 TD tough question
agree, I'll play it at a looser table or with position. 237 is a bit more tempting but I think it still has to be folded for 3 bets OOP at a tight game.

oops. 5cd tournament misclick. now what?
the bets are up to 600 / 1200 in the $4 Pokerstars Draw tournament. I have 1600, everybody covers.
I am UTG , the table pops up and I accidentally call 600 with JT762 (J72 spades) . Button limps...

24h poker had tournaments with unlimited rebuys for the first hour (no need to be shortstacked to rebuy - every E0.25 or E0.5 gets you more chips). I never tried one though, and its not quite the...

but remember, you're assuming there are 5 board cards. Sometimes there will be 3 or 4. so I guess the real question is what values of (sees flop) , (sees turn) , (sees river) make the bet...

Re: 200-400 Ace to Cinco TD
If his pat range doesn't include hands you beat then I don't think you have odds to call and break (remember your 6 is often not an out there, and he has to have at least one of your cards and more...

Re: 2-7 TD, LL SNG: Bad play or simply standard?
rd 1: I like the check in a tournament. In a cash game I might raise, but it would depend on UTG's limping standards.
