Re: ***** November LC Thread *****
Happy birthday!
I always have chat turned off. If someone starts trashing me after bad beating me or something like that, I greatly fear I will tilt very easily, so better just have chat off and...

Re: HU SNG - Probability of a losing day is?
Interresting, winning 3 out of 4 days with 20 games pr day with 60% that is pretty nice. Also very nice that you can archive the somewhat close to the same winrate with 55% if you are willing to put...

HU SNG - Probability of a losing day is?
I was wondering if someone would be so kind to calculate what the chances of a single day being a losing day when playing Heads up SNG's.
If it is not too much trouble it would be interresting to...

Re: NLTRN - $20 reg - flopped a combo draw
I think you should go for the check-raise anyway in this spot. According to pokerstove you are at worst 40% dog, if he has an ace. Obviously he is not going to have an ace everytime so you will win...

Re: NLTRN - $20 reg - river check
I agree with most of what Theordinaryboy says.
Very player dependant and I think checking OR betting small, inducing a bluff or thin call when you are against loose / aggresive / bluffy players is...

Re: 11 NLTRN - First two hands, fairly simple.
Hand 1:
Bet less on the turn, you are almost potting it. You have a super strong hand here, milk him some more for value.
Hand 2:
I would play this exactly like you do here post flop (I fold it...

Re: Playing HU poker with a small bankroll
I would also suggest starting out with some $10s HU SNG and then going up to $20 HU SNG if you are having a nice progress. I think you should stick to HU SNG's untill you have build up a big enough...

Re: $11 NLTRN - 20BB with OESD/FD and an over
I would raise PF here, but I agree doing so can put you in many tough spots on the flop, so I hope someone has written their thoughts about this already for me to read when I have finished this reply...

Re: TPGK, turn brings scarecard
This is a tough spot. Has he been overly aggresive himself?
Being a $5 and considering your description I think I call here expecting to be ahead more often than behind. He could be doing with...

Re: bluff catcher?
I fold this. Main reason being that even if he has a hand like you with a pair of kings, you are out-kicked from K5+. If the river had been higher I would be more willing to call knowing it was more...

Re: NLCASH 77 vs Hyper aggressive villain
[ QUOTE ]
uh, hes raising 100% and reshoving 100%? 3b call shove sounds good.

Agree if he is indeed rasing and shoving 3-bets around 100% of the time. 77 should be ahead of his...

Re: TP2K in 3bet pot (NL50)
Nice villain description.
Tough spot here..
One one side, we want to call. Seems like it is possible villain is making a stand, fighting back on your constant PF raise..
On the other side, we...

Re: $6: NLTRN: Call down or raise
If have seen him bet a lot of flops and turns I think calling here on the flop is a decent play to extract a bit more value. The flop seems somewhat harmless. I do however think you should really...

Re: $10nltrn thoughts on every street please!
First of all I would definitely 4-bet this really big. Your hand is huge heads up, but at the same time not a hand we are always thrilled to see a flop with if we face resistence because any A, K, Q...

Re: 12.81 ROI % HU-SNgs
Really nice ROI considering you 4-table.
3-4 tabling the 220-550s.. Being able to do that profitable that's just sick!
