The minimum reraise on the flop is suspicious. In lower limits (.5/1, 1/2), I feel like he hit a set on the flop. Would someone make that kind of play in 3/6? Depends. I feel like reraising the...

This looks like a case of K10c or KJc getting there, maybe on accident. Lead turn. c/f river if called. With the way it was played, fold on river is reasonable.
