I would call. Based on your read you only really fear AK or pocket 9s. He could also be value shoving pairs higher than 10 or an AQ here.

after an utg push and an utg+1 over push the rest of the table will be getting out of the way unless you run into a monster. Utg is so short he could be pushing any big cards or any A here. I think...
