He could have anything, as stated above. If he has the As, you just have to pay him off. He hasn't even got a full stack, and even for 100BB+ you have to felt this every time.

Calls. Even against a made flush you've got seven outs on the turn and ten on the river if you miss. If they've both just got one high diamond then you're miles ahead.
