Re: Blue eyes prop back at Bodog
The first bet was on Nicole Richie's child and is still open. There is certainly risk that the eye color at birth won't be known and Bodog could just rule the bets no action. I have an African...

Re: San Diego in an AC world
1. I've read two different articles that stated the firefighters wasted hours convincing people to evacuate who didn't want to leave their homes rather than fighting fires. The number 1 google...

Re: San Diego in an AC world
The article I linked does a nice job of explaining why these fires are occurring in the first place. It is the governments fault. With private ownership of forests you wouldn't get these tragic...

Re: debate thread
You are making a couple of huge assumptions when saying that doubling the money supply will have no net effect on the economy. Specifically,
1. Everyone in the economy knows what the future rate...

I'd like to add to your vent. Not only do most people not have an economics education, they seem to think their ignorant opinions on the subject are every bit as valid as those of someone who has...

Re: A Question about Ron Paul\'s Economics
I think the problem is that people view changes in the price level as inflation rather than looking at it properly as a change in the money supply. Economic growth often times masks the real...
