The issue is resolved!
I've just received an e-mail from FTP stating that the balance from both accounts with be transfered to my primary account!

Question about Tipping
Here is the thing, should you tip the dealer every hand you win? Should you tip the dealer if you win medium sized or higher pots? Should you tip at all in the small stakes, ex. 5-10 limit.
