I find that if you can tilt a nit HU, he suddenly opens up and starts to play back and get all maniacal/make random moves. if he's playing from the lead, (1+ buy-ins on you) it's much more difficult...

I'd usually just give up in hand 1, passive players will check behind a jack on the turn when the 5 pairs.. if he limped button with an A2/A3/A4 type hand and called flop with a gut shot or bottom...

I'd fold PF.. on flop now that we hit gin I'd usually lead, so many hands that UTG raised PF (since he only raises 9% of hands) will be inclined to 3-bet.. (sets, AdA AdQ, AdK, other big draws)
